Join me and a small group of pregnant ladies for a 5-week pregnancy relaxation course.
My pregnancy relaxation classes are all about you. The one-hour weekly sessions give you some dedicated time to focus solely on yourself and your baby – something that’s not always easy in our busy lives!
Each week there will be time to discuss a weekly topic related to pregnancy and birth, followed by some guided relaxation and practice of breathing techniques for birth. We then finish the session with a cup of tea and a chat - this is a great time to ask me any questions you may have your birth.
The 5 week course runs over rolling weeks so you can join at any time which means it doesn't matter when you start, you will not miss out on anything.

Week 2 – Relaxation in labour and birth
Week 3 – Prenatal bonding
Week 4 - Preparing for Birth
Week 5 - Oxytocin for Birth
The 5 week course is £50.00 and runs on Thursday evenings from 8pm until 9pm.
